Belt conveyor design
Once the order has been acquired from the customer, the belt conveyor is designed by the engineers of F.lli Tommasini according to specific requests, according to the inert material to be transported and the speed. The project is then sent to the customer for final validation.
2° STEP
Sheet metal laser cutting
Once approved, the belt conveyor design goes in production. The production of the belt conveyor begins with the cutting and folding of the sheets and components.
3° STEP
Production of belt conveyors
With the aid of consolidated automatic systems, we proceed with the construction of the head, the intermediate groups and the return group. All the accessories of the belt conveyors are also built internally by the F.lli Tommasini company.
4° STEP
Painting and hot galvanization
The hot-dip galvanizing treatment of the belt conveyor guarantees a long product life by limiting the corrosion of the steel.
5° STEP
Assembly of belt conveyors
The assembly and control of the components of the belt conveyor takes place within the assembly department to verify that there are no constructive inaccuracies.
6° STEP
Vacuum testing of the belt conveyor
Once assembled, the belt conveyor is put into operation. The belt is spun and necessary adjustments are made prior to delivery.
7° STEP
Shipping of the belt conveyor
Packages are organized in such a way as to be easily transported by truck and container to optimize and limit transport costs.
