Elevator belt conveyors are used for the vertical transport of aggregates in conditions of high vertical difference and limited horizontal space.
The elevator belt conveyors are supplied with the drive unit and tail mounted. Once the intermediate canes are connected, the belt inserted and the walkway assembled, the elevator belt is ready to be lifted.
Placed in its working position it is fixed to the structure for the last finishing operations.
Assembly of the drive pulley with ceramic coating and of the shaft mounted on shrink discs therefore easily removable in case of problems.
